Buy day passes at the ticket offices below (the card costs €2). Single tickets are sold on board by the driver, priced by distance (the operator has quoted €1.20 inside the Ponta Delgada zone, not yet in the published fare table; ask at the ticket office). Children under 4 ride free, 4 to 11 pay half. Always tap your card when boarding.
